Simple Techniques

1. Natural Home treatment using turmeric powder and mustard oil:-


• Take 1 tsp of turmeric powder
• Add 2 tsp of mustard oil
• Mix well
• Apply paste on affected areas
• Leave for 15-20 min
• Apply 3-4 times everyday


2. Natural Home treatment using walnuts:-

• Crush some walnuts into powder
• Take 2 tsp of this walnut powder
• Add little water
• Mix well
• Apply this paste on affected area 3-4 times a day
• Leave it for 15-20 min
• Wash it off


3. Natural Home treatment using margosa leaves and honey:-


• Crush a handful of washed margosa leaves
• Put the paste on a sieve
• Press the paste to extract the juice
• Take 2 tsp of this juice
• Add 1 tsp honey
• Mix well
• Drink 3 times everyday
