    1. Natural home treatment using chamomile tea bags:-


  • Boil 4 cups of water
  • Add 2 chamomile tea bags
  • Cover with a lid
  • Let it steep for 15 min
  • Remove & refrigerator the tea bags
  • Place it on eyes for 15 min
  • Do this everyday

    2. Natural home treatment using egg white:-

  • Take 2 egg whites
  • Beat them till it gets stiff
  • Apply it gently under the eyes
  • Cover with wet soft cloth for 15 min
  • Rinse it with warm water

  • Don't over stress yourself
  • Sleep at least 7-8 hours
  • Reduce the amount of salt intake
  • Drink lots of water and green tea to remove any toxins
  • Avoid rubbing the eyes
  • Keep away from irritants like smoke, allergens & harsh creams
