- Excessive intake of spicy or oily food

- Take 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- Add it to 4-5 cups of water
- Boil for 5 min
- Allow it to cool
- Strain the mixture
- Drink everyday
- Take 1 glass warm water
- Add 1 tsp lemon juice
- Add 1 tsp honey
- Mix well
- Drink after each meal
- Crush a few coriander leaves
- Press them in a sieve
- Extract juice
- Mix 1 tbsp yogurt in 1 cup water
- Add 1 tsp salt and make buttermilk
- Add 3 tsp of coriander juice to it
- Add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder to it
