  • Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight
  • Peel off the skin and crush them in the morning
  • Add 1 tsp of crushed almonds to 1 cup warm milk
  • Add a pinch of soaked saffron
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey
  • Mix well
  • Drink once every day

    2. Natural Home treatment using orange juice, honey and nutmeg powder:-
  • Take a glass of orange juice
  • Add 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg powder
  • Drink this juice daily.
