Cystitis:

Simple Techniques

1. Natural Home treatment using drumsticks:-

• Boil 4-5 drumsticks in water for about 10 min
• Separate the drumsticks and peel off their outer skin
• Crush the drumsticks to make a paste
• Press the paste on a sieve and extract juice
• Drink this juice once every day


2. Natural Home treatment using cucumber, honey and lemon juice:-

• Peel and crush cucumber into paste
• Press the paste on a sieve and extract juice
• Add 1 tsp honey
• Add 2 tsp lemon juice
• Mix well
• Drink 3 times every day
