1. Natural Home treatment using onion:-

• Onion is a good clotting agent
• Take an onion slice
• Press it under your nose


2. Natural Home treatment using ice:-

• Take a clean piece of cloth
• Wrap a few ice cubes in it
• Sit in an upright position
• Tilt your head forward
• Hold the ice pack on the nose for 5-6 min


3. Natural Home Treatment:-

• Pinch the part of your nose below the bony bridge
• Press gently for 5 min
• Release the pressure
• It's normal if you feel a tingling sensation, it's just the blood rushing back
